Variegated Wax Ivy Live Plant
Add bright, cascading color to your plant collection with Variegated Wax Ivy (Senecio macroglossus ‘Variegatus’). This eye-catching trailing plant features glossy, ivy-shaped green leaves decorated with creamy white to pale yellow variegation.
Despite its ivy-like appearance, it is not a true English ivy. Its waxy foliage, slender purple-toned stems, and graceful trailing habit make it a beautiful choice for hanging baskets, elevated planters, shelves, and small indoor trellises.

Variegated Wax Ivy Care
-
Light: Place in bright, indirect light. Gentle morning sun can help maintain vibrant variegation, but protect the leaves from intense afternoon sunlight.
-
Water: Allow the upper layer of soil to dry slightly before watering thoroughly. Do not leave the pot standing in water.
-
Soil: Use a loose, well-draining potting mix.
-
Temperature: Prefers warm, frost-free conditions. Protect the plant from cold temperatures.
-
Growth Habit: Trailing or climbing
-
Pruning: Trim long vines as needed to encourage fuller, more compact growth.
What You Will Receive
You will receive one live Variegated Wax Ivy plant in your selected 4-inch or 6-inch nursery pot.
Every plant is naturally unique. Leaf color, variegation, fullness, height, and vine length may vary slightly from the photos depending on the season and current growth stage.
Shipping Live Plants
Your plant will be carefully prepared for its journey. Minor leaf loss, soil movement, or temporary wilting may occur during transit and is not unusual for a live plant. Give it bright, indirect light and time to adjust after arrival.
Important Notice
Keep this plant out of reach of children and pets, and avoid ingestion. Wash your hands after pruning or handling damaged stems.
