What does "Count" mean on a seed or product listing?
"Count" is the number of individual seeds or items included in one listing. For example, 5 Count means one order unit containing five seeds or items. It does not mean five separate packs unless the product page specifically says "5-Pack."
Do you sell live plants as well as seeds?
Yes. Our Plants & Seeds collection can include live plants, seeds, bulbs, and plant cuttings. The product title and description identify what is included. Check the live product page for current availability and quantity before ordering.
Do live plants look exactly like the photos?
Live plants naturally vary in height, shape, color, and fullness. Product photos show the plant type and general appearance, but the exact plant you receive may be different. Any listed pot size, plant size, or quantity on the product page should be used as the purchasing reference.
Do you guarantee seed germination or plant growth?
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, we do not guarantee a specific germination rate, harvest, or growth result. Outcomes depend on seed storage, planting depth, temperature, light, soil, water, climate, and care after delivery.

We serve the United States market, and USD is the store currency for US visitors. The destinations available for a specific order, shipping rate, and estimated delivery window are shown at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Live plants and specialty items may require additional preparation. Transit time starts after the carrier receives the package.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies by destination, carrier, product type, weather, and other conditions outside our control. International standard delivery may take approximately 15 to 30 business days after processing. The current estimate shown at checkout is the best reference for your order. Is free shipping available?
